Dulcie Holland

Dulcie Holland is a prolific composer of many genres and has made a significant contribution to Australian music education through her theory textbooks.

Born in Sydney, Dulcie Holland studied piano, cello and composition, and won a scholarship for three years to study at the Royal College of Music in London. With the outbreak of WW2 she returned to Australia after only one year. She is a prolific composer of many genres and has made a significant contribution to Australian music education through her theory textbooks.
