Rosario De Marco
Italian guitarist-composer Rosario De Marco is renowned for arrangements and performances of Neapolitan and popular music, and for original works drawing on jazz, classical, folk and Mediterranean traditions.
His solo guitar recording Intuition (MD 3241) presents original pieces of quiet, reflective character, taking in flamenco, jazz, classical, folk and popular styles.
Through the United World Music project he brings Mediterranean sounds together with other musical languages, writing for guitar with drums, bass, percussion, saxophone and voice. He has performed live and for national television and radio.
