Daryl McKenzie
Daryl McKenzie (born 1962) is an Australian musical director, composer, arranger and trombonist. He has led the Daryl McKenzie Jazz Orchestra since 1992 and is widely known for film and television orchestration.
His screen work includes orchestration and conducting for feature films and network television, alongside arrangements for variety, awards and major sporting broadcasts.
On Move he is credited as arranger (orchestration) and performer on After the Deluge (MD 3272), the richly scored mini-series soundtrack.
He has also taught orchestration and arranging, and has led contemporary performance programmes in Melbourne.
