Jessica Wells
Jessica Wells is an Australian composer and producer whose chamber writing for recorder ranges from festive character pieces to lively scores with electronics.
Her two-movement Copenhagen Christmas sits among new Australian works for lower-voiced recorders and string quartet on Muse (MCD 587). On Bass Instincts (MCD 624) she contributes The Clockmaker for bass recorder and electronics, a multi-metric piece that plays with the idea of time, and also produces the album.
