Julie Doyle

Julie Doyle is an Australian composer-performer with the improvising ensemble LIME, known for original music on handmade and pottery instruments.

She appears as composer and performer on Clay Music (MD 3065), prepared to open the national ceramic conference and exhibition in Melbourne in 1985. The works are crafted in real time on pottery instruments and handmade percussion, so each performance stays new.

Performing as LIME

LIME is a group of 4 composer-performers who met while studying composition and improvisation at La Trobe University in 1978.
