Norman Luboff
Norman Luboff (1917–1987) was an American choir director, arranger and music publisher. He founded the Norman Luboff Choir and wrote thousands of choral arrangements, among them Christmas settings still widely sung.
His studio and touring choirs recorded extensively from the 1950s into the 1960s, and he arranged and conducted for radio, film and television as well as founding a choral publishing house.
His arrangement of the Austrian carol Still, Still, Still is heard on Christmas Day (TP046), and his work is also represented on O Come All Ye Faithful (MD 3053).
