Nougat is a musical duo based in Melbourne, Australia. Nougat combines the talents of guitarist and composer Tania Ravbar Costantino and master mandolinist Ruth Roshan.

Nougat's new CD, Breathe sits on the cusp of world and classical music. Breathe contains beautiful arrangements of familiar pieces from around the world as well as original music by Costantino.

Breathe follows the success of Nougat's self-titled debut CD (2000).
